Diane and Kari are a Mother-Daughter Partnership specializing in “Premier” Properties in Prescott. In 1997, they combined experience and talent by personally buying and dividing land - then designing, building and selling custom homes. Over the last 5 years, Diane and Kari have been among the top Short Sale Listing Specialists in Arizona. With their extensive real estate background and negotiating skills, they are adept at knowing and meeting the needs of Buyers and Sellers in today's complex market as it evolves.
Diane
Diane has resided in Arizona since she was a baby. After vacationing in Prescott for many years, the beautiful mountains, tall pines, fantastic weather, and small town atmosphere won her over and she decided to make it her home.
Her real estate and market experience spans over 30 years in Arizona, including 7 years as a financial consultant, 12 years as an escrow officer, and 8 years with Realty Executives in Phoenix. In 2005, she brought her knowledge and expertise
to Prescott specializing in Custom Homes, Land, and Residential Real Estate. Diane is a Previews International Luxury Home Specialist and a member of Short Sale Masterminds.
Kari
Kari was born and raised in Arizona, the daughter of “Realtors”. She attended college at Arizona State University and Southern Utah University majoring in Exercise Science and Nutrition. After college, she built, owned and operated her own business for 12 years. In 2006, she moved to Prescott and joined
the “Prescott Premier Homes” team, bringing her understanding of client service, marketing and dedication.
Growing up, Kari was blessed to have the opportunity to show Quarter Horses, travel the United States and compete at the “World Level”. Her current passions include designing custom homes, training and competing in triathlons and raising her two amazing daughters.
